Understanding the Getting Access Page
Get Access Page
You will see this page upon first launching the TireBuddy App or if you currently do not have access. After scanning a valid QR code, this page will no longer appear unless a new code is needed.Scan or Upload QR Button Tap this button to activate your mobile device’s camera and scan your QR code for access to the TireBuddy App. Ensure your QR code is ready before proceeding. Alternatively, you can upload it directly from your device.

We recommend reviewing our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before scanning your QR code.
Scanning/Uploading the QR Code
When launching the TireBuddy App for the first time, you’ll be prompted to scan or upload the QR code provided by your Anyline representative. This code includes all necessary licensing information, your login credentials (such as Account Name, User Name, and Location), and your preconfigured preferences.
Scanning/Uploading an Invalid QR Code
If you do not have a valid QR code, you will be redirected to the Invalid License Page. Please try scanning or uploading your QR code again. If the issue persists, contact our Anyline support or your Anyline representative for a new code.
Successfully Getting Access
After successfully scanning or uploading your QR code, you will be redirected to the Welcome Page, which includes:
- A short paragraph letting you know your inspection workflow has been set up using your QR code
- The Continue button to proceed with using the TireBuddy App
- An Open Settings link to access the Preconfiguration Settings Page

Inspection Identification Details
Depending on your selected settings, you may be prompted to enter employee and/or customer information after tapping the Tap to Start button, before starting the inspection.
Employee Identification
If Employee Identification is enabled in the Inspection Identification menu, a prompt appears when you start an inspection, allowing you to select the employee assigned to the inspection. This information is displayed in the PDF Report. You may also choose "Remember me & don’t ask for an hour" to reduce how often this prompt appears.
The Employee Information (name and employee ID) will need to be already entered in the Employee Identification setting.

Customer Identification
If Customer Identification is enabled, you will be prompted to enter the customer’s name when starting an inspection. This information is displayed in the PDF Report.
